For the person who seeks wisdom, there is only so much he or she can do alone. In the final stages, the process comes from the Higher Self, which activates the higher centers. There has to be a sincere desire in the personality first, though. This is the way I visualize that moment. It may not be all three higher centers at once, but I felt and saw it this way.
